Hubungan Musculoskeletal Disorders Dengan Tingkat Kelelahan Pada Perawat Pelaksana Di RSU Sundari

Abstract


Musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) melibatkan rasa sakit dan pembengkakan pada jaringan tubuh seperti pada otot, tendon, dan saraf yang berdampak pada fungsi motorik berkurang serta ketidaknyamanan otot / tulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan musculoskeletal disorders dengan tingkat kelelahan pada perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Umum Sundari. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan melibatkan perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Umum Sundari sebanyak 53 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan proportional random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map dan Industrial Fatigue Research Committee. Analisis statistic menggunakan uji spearman rho dengan signifikasi ≤0,05. Perawat pelaksana sebagian besar mengalami musculoskeletal disorders dengan derajat sedang (56,6%) dengan kelelahan tingkat sedang (47,2%). secara signifikan terdapat hubungan positif antara musculoskeletal disorders dengan tingkat kelelahan pada perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Umum Sundari (p value = 0,000; α = 0,05; r =0,700). Penting mempertimbangkan keluhan musculoskeletal disorders dan kelelahan diantara para perawat sebagai upaya mengeksplorasi jalur kausal terkait kerusakan mekanis atau kelelahan otot. Sehingga penting untuk meninjau jumlah istirahat yang diperlukan untuk memulihkan toleransi jaringan.
